Wyevale Garden Centres
The centre started life as a mushroom farm and then narrowly missed becoming a garden centre when the subsequent custodians were granted planning permission but failed to act upon it. It was only when Country Gardens bought the site in 1987 that it became a fully fledged garden centre, rising to the heady heights of being home to the group’s head office shortly afterwards! www.wyevalegardencentres.co.uk
